Positive: The location in Dinan's ramparts was fantastic - and to have great parking space there was a bonus. The host let us check in early which was very welcome as we arrived tired from an overnight ferry. The bed was comfortable and there was a pleasant, secure seating area outside. Wifi was good and having a speaker to play music through was also a pleasant extra.
Negative: Nothing important and everyone's preferences differ
Summary: We had a very pleasant two days here and would happily have stayed longer.

Positive: Fabulous location: within the old town, actually to the side of the ramparts, easy to reach the sight but also countryside for walking or cycling. Precise access instructions given. Parking for the car a real help, as we had bikes with us. Well furnished, excellently equipped kitchen as well. Tea, biscuits, coffee provided-thank you. Everything super clean and comfortable. Outside space with seating very nice to have. Quiet overnight.
Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.
Summary: Lovely place, comfortable, practical, very clean. 10 out of 10.

Positive: We loved our 2 night stay in the suite with the terrace. The space is huge, and feels like a small apartment. It was extremely clean, and the pictures represent it well. The suite looked recently refurbished, with modern windows and plumbing but the furnishings maintained a historic feel. The large windows were enjoyable during the day, and the window treatments kept it dark when desired. The kitchen has everything you could want, tho we did not use it. The location can’t be beat, you can see portions of the old wall from back of the property, and it is a 6-minute walk to the historic center. The area is quiet, and the private, gated parking area on the property is wonderful.

Positive: Everything was fantastic. The location is central with a few minutes walk into the historical district. The property is immaculate and very well planned for the ultimate in comfort. Private secure parking for peace of mind. And dog friendly with a lovely garden area.

Positive: Fantastic location right on the ramparts in the centre of Dinan. Parking onsite with security gates. Beautifully renovated first floor studio apartment with large comfy bed, seating area, huge bathroom with walk-in shower and small area with fridge, microwave and kettle as well as crockery and cutlery. Outside space to sit but also a secret walled garden that was cool in the heat. It was particularly hot when we were there so the large fan was a God-send at night. Dinan is a great place to stay with plenty of history and lovely shops and restaurants. Port de Dinan also worth a visit. Communication with Natacha and Ronan was excellent and we were disappointed that we didn't get the opportunity to meet them as they were away for a few days, however the instructions they gave us to get to the property and get in were very clear and helpful, and easily contactable.

Positive: A very nice space close to old city area. The on site parking was very good as well. Furnishings were very comfortable and modern.
Negative: There were some workers working on an adjoining property during our stay which made it a bit awkward to have the windows open. I realize the owners of our unit can’t control what was going on next door. And it was extremely hot during the time we were there, which made an upstairs unit feel rather warm. Fortunately, there is a nice floor fan in the unit.
Summary: Overall, a nice clean unit in a good location.

Positive: The location was really convenient - quiet but easy walk to everything. The room were very spacious - plenty of room to be comfortable. It was a good choice for a family of four - staying in the two rooms. We appreciated the late check out. The dog on the property was very sweet too.
